“METODO SAVA”
“METODO SAVA” is a new teaching program for teachers working in private dance schools.
It consists of an educational approach suitable both for the technical and the teaching improvement and designed for preparatory level students.
Psycho-pedagogically professional and accurate, it is particularly recommended for young teachers who want a methodology to be faithful to the traditional schools of ballet.
“METODO SAVA” is addressed to children from 6 years of age, even if they have postural conditions (i.e. flat feet, knock knee – genu valgum). Thanks to this method, dancers will learn structural, technical and expressive concepts while working with a positive and keen attitude towards the discipline. Short-term results will be visible within a 3 months’ time.
It is perfect for teachers looking for a training that enhances every student’s talent, highlighting the harmony and beauty of ballet.
Innovative educational methodology developed to support teachers in:
- lmproving student’s anatomica! structure during the growth phase;
- Overcoming performance difficulties;
- Developing technical and expressive qualities;
- Creating and developing expressiveness skills.
The seminars of the "METODO SAVA" offer two study formulas:
1. I FORMULA 2023-2024 season:
80 hours of training during which the first 3 years of academic studies (first cycle) are covered, which conclude with verification of acquired skills and final certificate of attendance.
2. II FORMULA 2023-2025 season:
170 hours of training covering the first five years of academic study (first and second cycle). They conclude with a final exam and the achievement of the "METODO SAVA" certification and the international certification issued by the "CID International Dance Council Paris - UNESCO".

In the PROGRAM the seminars are organized as follows:
1. I FORMULA 2023-2024 season:
no. 1 weekend a month for 5 months, during a school year (October – March)
no. 16 hours per weekend with the possibility of students participating;
no. 2 written lessons (syllabus) accompanied by music that will be released for each academic year (I, II and III academic year).
N.B.: Possibility of recovery (not more than 15% over 80 hours)
2. II FORMULA 2023-2025 season:
no. 1 weekend a month (5+5), during two school years…;
no. 17 hours per weekend (+ 10 additional hours for checks and exams) with the possibility of students participating with a mini internship,
no. 2 written lessons (syllabus) accompanied by music, will be released for each academic year (I. II, III. IV and V academic year).
Final exam with internationally renowned jury.
N.B.: Possibility of recovery (not more than 20% of 170 hours).
Both formulas include:
Speech by the teacher and accompanying teacher Sandro Cuccuini,
for the improvement of those aspects of dance which are closely related
to the interpretation of music and which make up the "artistic backbone" of a dancer:
– interpretive answer
– technical answer
– phraseological answer
– rhythmic response
NEW: the music released during the seminar is composed and performed by
master composer Sandro Cuccuini specially
for classical dance lessons of the Sava Method, which can also be used for all types of styles and levels.
Psychologist Melissa Balbo specialized in "Psychology in dance", Psychology applied to different educational fields including sport: teacher training and management. Parent training.

FOR THE I FORMULA 2023-2024 season:
The annual cost of the seminar is €1,750.00 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty/00)
To register, a deposit of € 300.00 (three hundred/00) must be paid, which will be deducted from the last installment of the chosen seminar.
Payment can be made in installments in n. 5 trances which will be paid 15 days before each weekend.
FOR THE II FORMULA 2023-2025 season:
The total cost of the seminar is €3,200.00 (three thousand four hundred/00)
To register, a deposit of € 400.00 (three hundred/00) must be paid, which will be deducted from the last installment of the chosen seminar.
Payment can be made in installments in n. 6 trances which will be paid 15 days before each weekend.
